RE: What do I need at a Dump Station?

I don't know if I just have the wrong size "donut" but I have yet to find a place where the thing would fit and make a seal.I carry a couple of them with me,but in 3 years fulltime, have yet to use one. I have the "blue" set up that works just about everywhere. Good advice for OP, watch some one else,You may well learn what NOT to do.

RE: Brake Controller...Is there a difference??

Brakesmart.!..Consider the value of the trailer,TV,and even more important the life of loved ones, the brake controler is not the place to save money.

RE: Securing Items

If you want to feel insecure,do a google on "lockbumping". If the bad guy wants your stuff he will get it,locks or no locks

RE: Brake controler's

BrakeSmart ! They have gone up in price since I bought mine, but if I were to need to buy a new controler now,it would be BrakeSmart.Well worth the money when you consider the total price of the TV and Trailer(not to mention you and your family. Ed

RE: Getting Bored with Verizon Phones

I never considered the idea that a cell phone could be boring. To me it is a phone. I make and receive phone calls on it. I don't text, pict, flix or any of the other costly passions that cellular providers have devised. I suppose that make ME boring in your universe. I do however think iPhones are cool. That said, Verizon consistently beats AT&T in consumer satisfaction, if that means anything to you. Except for the iPhone part,I agree.I use the phone to make and receive calls,if I can do that from most locations I don't need any other bells,or blings

"NEW" Excell with Vista

I recently bought a new laptop with Win Vista. Is there a way to transfer Excel docs from older (win XP) to new computer with out being forced to buy the preloaded newer version of Excel ? I took the hard drive out of the old unit and am using it for external storage, but when I try to bring up Excel docs, they only come up in the newer Excel 2007.Is there a simple way to get out of paying MS the $ and still use the older version of Excel HELP Thanks

RE: West Yellowstone

We stayed at Lions Head, last year it is about 7 miles out of West Yellowstone. It was a passport America park at that time so the price was right. Not as fancy as Grizzly but I liked the place. We stayed 3 nites at Grizzly then went to Lions Head for a week.I do not know if they will be open this time of year. They are listed in TL Enjoy Yellowstone, hope you are able to spend enough time there to see the whole park,it is a really great place.

RE: Slides Dragging On The Carpet

We had the problem with the slides leaving marks on the carpet.I went to Staples, any office suply will do,and bought a Carpet protecter(made to use under an office chair). It's made of heavy duty plastic with "spikes" to hold it in place. We cut it in strips about 10" wide for the slides to ride on.No more marks on the carpet, and only cost about $20 total. It seems to me that the Lippert things were a lot more $

RE: Water Pressure Regulator

Is there a screen in it,to filter out large pieces of "whatever" ? That would easily cause it to plug up,and leave you with no water.

RE: How to block Parasites (popups Adds etc.)

I don't think that GOOGLE has to worry about any pop ups being blocked, and losing revenue.

RE: Discover America dream

NuWa is one of the top 5th wheel brands. We are more than happy with our '04 33 1/2 CKQG.We have been full time for 2 years with about 30,000 tow miles. AS Mallo pointed out,be aware of the weights and what TV you will need, there is a ton of information on the NuWa forum and the NuWa company website. Good Luck to you in finding that new home and with full timing !
